2022 – 2023 Concerts & Fundraisers Schedule

We have just completed our 2021-2022 Season with a wonderful Concert, “Sweet Endings“, a LIVE CONCERT by the Paradise Symphony Orchestra on Sunday, May 29 at the PPAC.  Our Young Artist winners were featured and each one performed to a standing ovation by the nearly 300 attendees at the event.  Sasha Iwobuchi Fomin, age 11, Junior Division Winner, and James Johnston, age 16, Senior Division Winner delighted and thrilled the audience with their presentations.   The Symphony  will present  a  FREE Patriotic music concert on the 4th of July, 2022 at 3 PM, at the Paradise Junior High Gymnasium on Recreation Drive, next to Aquatic Park.  This will be an excellent time to enjoy some inspirational music and have a family event at the Park as well.  We will also hold our major annual  Summer Fundraiser, “Music Under the Stars”, on August 21, 2022 at 5 pm at the Veteran’s Memorial Hall on the corner of Skyway and Elliot.   Our next regular Concert will be a collaboration with the California Regional Theatre in our first Seasonal Concert entitled “The Best Of Broadway”,  on October 21 and 22, 2022.  This will be our first ever two day event and will present Beloved Songs from Beloved Broadway Shows.  Watch this website for further details of this wonderful event.

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL SUNDAY CONCERTS AT THE PPAC WILL BEGIN AT 3 PM DURING THE 2022-2023  SEASON!

Thank you for your ongoing support of the symphony.

Fundraisers

The first Fundraiser for the 2022-2023 season, “Music Under the Stars”, will be held on August 21, 2022 at the Veteran’s Memorial Hall on the corner of Skyway and Elliott in Paradise, and is anticipated to be highly successful, raising some much needed funding for the upcoming season.  This event features a delicious hot served meal, prepared by The Italian Guy Catering, both Live and Silent Auctions with approximately 60 donated items, and one of the more unusual concerts performed by groups from the Paradise Symphony Orchestra.  There will be at least four interesting ensembles derived from the Orchestra including a Trombone quartet, a Woodwind quartet, a String quartet, and a Vocal and Guitar Duet, all of which was followed by a joint musical presentation by all of the ensembles combined.    We have also begun our planning for the Winter Fundraiser, “From the Symphony With Love”, which is scheduled to be held at 5 pm, on February 19, 2023, at the Veteran’s Memorial Hall, 6550 Skyway, Paradise, CA.  Tickets which include dinner are available for $50 per person from now until February 15, to allow food planning.  (A table of 8 may be reserved for $350 until Feb.12).  Tickets without dinner are available at the door for $40 per person.
