In a recent Symphony Society Board action, the Board voted to begin all Sunday PSO CONCERTS at the Paradise Performing Arts Center at 3 PM, with the exception of the Oct 22/23 collaborative concert with the California Regional Theatre, which will begin at 7;30 pm & 2:00 pm respectively, and our December concert which will also be a collaborative concert with the Paradise Community Chorus on Dec 3/4, 2022, at 7:00 pm & 2:00 pm at the Paradise Performing Arts Center and will be similar to the Holiday Concert last year. As you know, we were unable to perform our regular concert season for 2020-2021 as planned due to COVID-19, and, it now appears that some of the restrictions are being modified due to the emergence of the Omicron strain of the Covid-19 virus. At this point, we are still moving ahead with our plans for the 2022-2023 season, and hope to be able to continue our normal Concert and Fundraiser Seasons for this Fiscal Year. However, with masking restrictions being modified frequently, we will update our masking requirements accordingly. The safe policy is to always have a mask with you when you attend our concerts. Our next Fundraiser event will be “From the Symphony With Love”, which will be held on February 19, 2023 at 5 PM at a venue to be announced in Paradise. The event is in the planning stages and in addition to inspiring music, will feature a buffet style meal, and an exciting Dessert Dash!! Tickets with or without meals will be available approximately 30 to 40 days ahead of the event on line, and can be purchased on-line or at the door until February 15, 2023. After February 15, only tickets without meals will be available at the door. Watch this website for details of the event as they become available.
